The day started with Noah and CC both less than enthusiastic about heading to the patch. Each year we go to the pumpkin patch to ride the hayride and pick a few pumpkins. So, around noon, the kids, Craig, and I headed for Lark Ranch. The trip was uneventful, and when we arrived, the kids headed straight for the corn maze. I will tell you that taking a stroller and a baby in a muddy corn maze is not a good idea. Evidence is Craig's face...

By the time we got out of the maze, it was who Maggie was getting cranky and upset...I mean she did just got jostled and jolted around for nearly 20 minutes. So, we set off to do what we came for....THE PATCH! We got on the hayride and watched Maggie scream and cry the majority of the trip, except for the times when she had food in her mouth. Did I mention she took about a 20 minute nap and had not had lunch? I can't blaim the girl! I manged to take a few pictures getting pumpkins...

We survived the ride back with two pumpkins and had a few snacks of nachos and pretzels and headed home. To top off the magificent day, Maggie puked in her bed. See you next year, Lark Ranch! No matter what, you will continue to be our fall "Must Do!"
